Shipping Warehouse:
RS Miner has two warehouses, Shenzhen warehouse and Hong Kong warehouse. our order will be shipped from one of these two logistics centres by random.
Taxes and Custom Duties:
Our product are Excluded of all value added taxes and customs duties. You will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and customs. If Any Matter Miner Will be Return to RS Miner Warehouse, Client Need to pay additional shipping cost.
Express information:
Free Shipping by DHL I UPS I FedEx. It will take you 5-7 business days to receive the package after you get the tracking number(except for some countries with difficult customs clearance). Due to the complexity of international logistics, we may not ship the miners to some countries or area.
If your shipment is not received within 20 days after payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible.
Be careful!
When you place order, pls make sure all shipping information you filled in the form is correct (zip code, detailed address, telephone, email, shipping agency).
Your shipping information would not be verified by RS Miner and sent to the shipping agent directly. RS Miner will not bear any responsibilities on shipping form.
Note: We can always help you by declaring low valued invoice to help reduce the taxes and risk at the customs. If in case of any special requirement please contact us and update us before shipment, or please set the required declared value in NOTE.
Insurance:
You can buy INSURANCE for your product this time, please select the insurance amount from the drop-down list.
Packaging:
Safety packing by outer carton, We will add an outer box to the original packaging of the product to ensure safe transportation.
Payment
Only Accept Crypto Currency(Coinbase)and Bank transfer
Crypto Currency payment may take a couple of hours to verify the transaction.
Bank transfer may take a 1-3 business days to verify the transaction
